A session of Prema Birthing takes around an hour. The client is required to either lie down on the floor, or if this is not possible they may sit in a chair. The client remains fully clothed at all times. Prema Birthing involves physical movement, please notify your practitioner beforehand of any reason why this would be difficult for you.
