A full session of Rising Star takes around 45 minutes, and will work through you for 21 days. The client is required to either lie down on a therapy couch, or if this is not possible they may sit in a chair. The client remains fully clothed at all times.

Distant healing sessions
Healing sessions are also offered at a distance. As the Rising Star is an energetic healing system, there is no requirement for the client to be physically present for the session. A distant session is just as powerful as having the session in person, with the added benefit of having it in the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.
